We built this platform for transform technologies which is a sister company (Information Technology company ) of a large freight forwarder that has a huge presence in UAE and 11+ locations all over the world. The platform integrates with Oracle Transport Management (OTM) system and provides end-users with features that make doing business with our customers easier.
The app provides features like creating & listing bookings, getting the status of bookings, and notifications, viewing pending invoices, calculating rate matrix, and managing profiles. One of the major and the most complex feature of this app is creating a new booking; it involves a complex user interface depending on various conditions.
The end-users can use the portal to get the best rates for their logistic-related needs ... be it documenting a small parcel or large packet of goods. The system accepts details like size, weight etc. and meticulously calculates the number of containers that shall be needed to transport the goods.
The online BL printing application provides a hassle-free yet secure way of printing the most important document in the logistics industry - the Bill of Lading. With a classic and informative admin section, the control lies in our clients hands as to which of his customers they want to provide this unique feature of printing the BL document online.
A portal that provides a unified view of bookings to the customer. There are more than 2000 customers onboarded by Unifeeder (erstwhile Avana Logistics) that has 1000s of bookings created through the platform since 2018. Searching the schedules, requesting a booking against the vessel schedule, booking statuses, and tracking and shipping instructions are some of the critical features provided by the customer portal.
